The Organisational Performance Loop (OPL) is the process model we use when engaging with organisations. Our model comprises two primary processes; the first is the diagnose phase and the second is the design phase. The OPL has been applied effectively with organisations spanning from start-ups to complex multi-nationals and not-for-profits. Our OPL is scalable to address transformational change across an organisation as well as team and individual performance improvement projects.
The Organisational Performance Loop may be delivered in different modalities. These include workshops conducted with senior executives, teams and individuals or an episodic consulting engagement. In both cases we support the engagement with ongoing coaching.
The OPL includes tools that are designed to help people effectively implement and sustain performance improvements.
